Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to the Clermont Bruins Fastpitch team app. The app is a private service for approved coaches, parents, and players. By using the app, you agree to use it only for authorized team activities and to follow instructions from the team coaches and administrators.

Team access

Accounts are issued or approved by a team administrator. Keep your sign-in details private, use only your own account, and notify the administrator if you believe your account has been used by someone else. Access may be limited, suspended, or removed when a person is no longer part of the team or does not follow these terms.

Parent and player responsibilities

Parents and guardians are responsible for approving their player's account, profile information, uploaded media, and use of training resources. Players should use the app with a parent or coach when asked and should never share private team information, another player's scores, videos, or notes outside the authorized team audience.

Coaching content and safety

Lessons, drills, rules summaries, animations, videos, AI suggestions, speed readings, and progress scores are educational coaching tools. They do not replace an in-person coach, official league rulebook, qualified medical advice, or safe supervision. Stop an activity if it causes pain or feels unsafe and ask a parent or coach for help.

Uploaded content

Only upload videos, photos, audio, notes, and other material that you have permission to use and share with the team. Do not upload sensitive information that is unrelated to softball. Coaches and administrators may review, organize, or remove team content to protect players and keep the app useful.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, impersonate another member, expose private player information, upload harmful or unlawful material, interfere with the service, or use the app for commercial solicitation without written permission. Training links and third-party services are provided for convenience and may have separate terms.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep the app available and accurate, but maintenance, provider outages, or changes to league rules may temporarily affect a feature. Coaches should confirm current league rules with the governing league before relying on a rules summary. We may update these terms as the service evolves; the current version will remain available on this page.
